Allergies and Dietary Requirements: Please be aware that the venue is unable to accommodate alternative menu requests on the night unless they have been communicated in advance.

Kindly Note: Complimentary seats are not extended to our finalists. All tickets must be purchased through our website.

Please be advised of our cancellation policy:

1. Written cancellations received up to six weeks prior to the event (until October 19, 2026) will be accepted, and a refund of 90% of the booking charge will be processed.

2. Post this date, no refunds can be provided. Verbal cancellations will not be considered.

Furthermore, if written cancellation is not received six weeks prior to the event (by October 19, 2026), full payment will remain due, regardless of the guest(s) attendance at the event.
